My Goal is to make every session fun and effective for every client. I will help my clients reach their goals whether it is in weight loss, toning, strength gain, agility, or just overall health. My personal motto; “whatever it takes”. I’ll do whatever it takes for my clients to help reach their personal goals.
For at least 20 years I’ve been involved in physical activities that range from different types of sports. I’ve taught boxing, kicking boxing, and twon do. I know what it takes to push yourself beyond what any normal person is capable of doing. I have trained with division 1 athletes and professional athletes. All of this has given me the experience and knowledge to help others reach their goals.
